Just realised the 'Assignments' tab has a 'post for critique' section. I had posted my attempts at Pear pics 1 and 2 in comments thinking that was where submissions went. :-(

I ran out of time so I only got a chance to do 1 attempt at this task. Here are my efforts for pictures 1 and 3 of the pear.

If I already have a couple of cheap sets of pencils - one from a supermarket and one from a random Chinese brand (Martol) - I'm wondering if there is any value in spending £20 on a set of pencils from a decent brand. Has anyone got any thoughts on the subject? I'm interested in opinions but also to hear what other people are using.
