My first attempts at the camel and skeleton captain without demo. I definately feel improvement from what I would have done on my own and I'm feeling more confident with the lines.
I think I still need some work on proportion though. Let me know if you agree in the comments. Thanks!

I'm just guessing but maybe you needed some more time mapping out the basic shapes and changing their proportions before you went further into detail. And props for drawing the neck, i got lazy and skipped that

My second attempt at a portrait after watching Stan's demo video. The video helped me be mindful of the proportions and how to apply my lights and shadows. I used graphite for this portrait.
I love that it is so simple, yet you can still see all the planes of the face. Great job!

Round 3. I struggled with this one. For some reason it just doesn't look right to me. If anyone has a suggestion please feel free to give a critique or advise. Thank you 🙏
I only see two areas that could use correction. First, the proportions are off. The head in the drawing is too narrow. Second, the reference is looking slightly up. The drawing is looking straight ahead.

Good first attempt :) I prefer a blended image but that may or may not be because I am hiding the fact that I know nothing... 😀
